Indian Creek Country Club, Indian Creek Village, FL
On August 4, 2011, the USGA spec putting green at Indian Creek Country Club was sprigged with MiniVerde bermudagrass into a rootzone amended with Maxand at a 20% rate (80/20 blend). The project was an expansion oft he putting green from 6,100 SF to 9,100 SF under the supervision of Golf Course Superintendent Joe Pantaleo. A layer of Maxand was spread on the surface of the greens mix and rototilled uniformly into the rootzone. MiniVerde sprigs were applied at a rate of 30 bushels/acre (see photos below). Nutrient applications included N at 1#/1000SF each week.

By the fourth week after sprigging the green has reached 70% coverage. Maxand’s beneficial properties of managing moisture and retaining nutrients has accelerated establishment.
